Join us in the Out of the Shadows Walk – Lifeline’s national suicide prevention walk.  It is a walk of remembrance and hope as we meet a new sunrise.  Raise awareness, remember those lost to suicide, and unite in a commitment to prevent further deaths by suicide.

Ride4Lives are holding a Family Fun Day during Suicide Prevention Week.  This is a free event.  Come and join us for plenty of fun & laughter.

Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training (ASIST)

Next dates:  15 & 16 September 2022

ASIST is the world’s leading suicide intervention workshop. During the two-day interactive session, participants learn to intervene and help prevent the immediate risk of suicide. Over 1,000,000 people have taken the workshop, and studies have proven that the ASIST method helps reduce suicidal feelings for those at risk.

Meet at East Shores (Goondoon St side)

Join us in walking for remembrance for those lost to suicide and to raise awareness in the prevention of suicide. This is a family event. Please stay for breakfast and a chat after the walk.
